As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, person-centred culture across our Supported Living services. You will lead by example, ensuring that the people we support are at the heart of everything we do and are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives.
You will be responsible for the overall management and quality of the services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and aligned with organisational values, regulatory requirements, and local commissioning expectations. You will also be accountable for maintaining the service's registration with the relevant regulatory body and driving continuous improvement to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

Contract Type: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service

The registered office is based in Doune, Stirlingshire, and you will be expected to work from this location, while also travelling between services as required.

Essential Criteria
- Current SSSC Registration.
- SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards this qualification).
- Experience working at Deputy Manager level or above within a health and social care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.
- Proven ability to provide inspiring, supportive, and motivational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred support that promotes choice, independence, and positive outcomes.
- Experience managing a Supported Living service or a similar social care provision is highly desirable.
