We are looking for a driver who is will support a client to her education placement.
This role is Monday - Friday 8:15 - 9:45 and then 2:45 - 4:15pm. This is term time only hours. More flexible hours will be available in non term time.
You’ll be…
Encouraging – promote independence where possible & encourage service user to achieve their personal goals
Supportive – provide support to ensure the safety & wellbeing of people relying on our services
Compassionate – communicate well with service user using their chosen methods to support individuality
Observant – monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management
Engaging – support service users to travel to and from her education placement.

You’ll need…
You will need to be a driver and have a full driving licence.
Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
Commitment to providing quality care and support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.
