As the Registered Manager you will utilize your extensive experience and leadership skills, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the children.
To be successful in the role of Registered Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted home, working in residential care for children with learning disabilities. In addition, you will also need to:
