We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Systems/literacy trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering digital training programs for our systems to enhance the digital skills of our employees. This role requires a passion for training, coaching and enabling others, strong technical and system knowledge, and the ability to learn themselves as well as engage and inspire learners at different levels of the organisation.
Initially this role will support a project team as we roll-out digital care records across the organisation. As systems embed, the post-holder’s focus will shift to the delivery of business-as-usual training for new joiners. In addition, the role will look at how best we upskill and develop digital confidence across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver comprehensive digital training programs in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, classroom, workshops, e-learning modules and webinars
· Assess training needs through implementing surveys and other suitable means
· Create engaging and interactive training materials and content using various digital tools and platforms
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
· Collaborate with project teams and departments to develop, deliver and support systems training
· Support the development and implementation of a digital literacy framework.
· Play a vital role in the induction of new team members in different roles across the organisation ensuring that they are able to use systems most effectively.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Education qualifications or equivalent experience
· Proven experience as a Digital Trainer or similar role, ideally within a health or social care setting
· Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning software, video conferencing tools, SCORM)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to create engaging and interactive training content
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Ability to collaborate with identified stakeholders
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during training sessions and provide effective solutions
· Expertise in designing curriculum and training materials that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to different learning styles
· Experience in delivering training to multiple different organisational levels
· Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
· Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
