You’ll need…
· Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health
& Social Care
· Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning
disability and autism
· Commitment to providing quality care and support
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
· A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
· Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
No previous experience or qualifications
are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our

support.
