Position: Registered Service Manager

Working hours: 40 hours per week, to meet the needs of the service.

About you

Essential criteria:
- SSSC Registration
- SVQ Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care or studying towards this.
- Experience of working at a deputy manager level or above
- Having excellent interpersonal and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for a large multi-disciplinary staff team
- Able to evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear and supportive leadership
- Ideal candidates will have experience managing a Supported Living service or similar
Registered office will be at Doune Stirlingshire and there will be an expectation to be based there on a weekly basis, but to also move between sites.
