You’ll need proven experience in…
- Working in the learning disability or care sector
- Understanding person-centred care and commitment to quality support
- Managing rotas and using IT systems (Cold Harbour is desirable but not essential)
- Coordinating staff to meet each service user’s individual needs
- Prioritising and multitasking
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Effective communication and teamwork
No formal qualifications are required. All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
