You’ll need proven experience in…
- Learning disability or supported living care, with a minimum of a level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice
- Understanding person-centred care and support provision
- The ability to prioritise and always multitask
- Having a flexible and committed work ethic
Knowledge and experience of IT and rota systems is desirable.
