What You'll Do
As a Team Leader, you will support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, leading by example and ensuring our values and standards are embedded in everything you do.
Working in a proactive, responsive, and person-centred way, you will help enrich the lives of the people we support while creating a positive and supportive environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team by providing guidance, coaching, and supervision to help them thrive in their roles.
- Promote high-quality, person-centred support, maintaining our strong reputation for excellence.
- Maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and other essential documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Encourage community involvement, supporting people to access local opportunities, activities, and leisure events.
- Champion personal development, helping individuals build confidence, independence, and valuable life skills.
- Support the day-to-day management of shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive service delivery.
