About you
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new service from day one and help shape a positive, welcoming home for the people we support.
We're looking for passionate, caring and motivated Support Workers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries. You'll be supporting individuals on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to live fulfilling, independent lives and achieve their personal goals.

The role
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You'll play a vital role in empowering people to live the life they choose, supporting them both at home and in the community.
Working across days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts, you will:
- Support people to develop independence and confidence in their daily lives
- Encourage participation in hobbies, interests, education and community activities
- Assist with visits to family and friends, shopping trips, walks and social opportunities
- Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
- Promote wellbeing, choice, dignity and inclusion at every opportunity
- Support with household tasks, meal preparation and maintaining a comfortable home environment
- Assist with personal care where required
- Complete records and documentation accurately
