At Swanton Care & Community, we're dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We're looking for an exceptional Regional Director to lead our Residential and Supported Living services across West Wales.
This is a senior leadership role for a passionate, values-driven individual who can inspire teams, develop high-performing managers, drive quality, and deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
What You'll Lead
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure services are safe, person-centred, and fully compliant.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive inspection outcomes.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and governance.
People & Leadership
- Coach and develop Registered and Service Managers.
- Build engaged, accountable, and resilient teams.
- Promote a positive culture aligned with Swanton values.
Performance & Growth
- Drive operational excellence across multiple services.
- Monitor quality, occupancy, staffing, and financial performance.
- Support service development, transitions, and growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Relationships
About You
You will have:

At least 3 years of leadership and management experience within Adult Social Care. (essential)

Level 5 - Leadership and Management Qual (essential)

Experience managing multiple Residential and Supported Living services.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Disabilities, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- A track record of improving quality, performance, and workforce stability.

The ability to inspire managers, drive change, and deliver results.

Full UK driving licence (essential)

IT literate

Excellent Communication Skills

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and will be subject to extensive referencing and pre-employment checks.
