Position: Support Worker/Carer
Location: Llangennech (SA14 postcode area)
Hours: Full-Time Nights Shifts - 39 hours per week, on a rota basis.

About you
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people to ensure that every moment matters?
You will need to be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of our team. Ideally you will:
- Have previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Be working towards or hold a NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
