We are seeking an organised and effective Administrator to support our Senior Management Team.
Position: Full Time
Location: Kettering
Working with the Senior Management team, this role will see the postholder provider full administration support to the Interim Managing Director and Regional Directions within our Children's services. This will include;
Diary management,
Organising regular meetings, attending to take notes and processing actions and follow-ups,
processing invoices,
Completing Ofsted documentation,
Maintaining records and being able to retrieve information upon request,
Archiving,
Co-ordinating social media posts and external marketing information,
Ad-hoc projects including service visits and offering specific administration support
About you
You will be highly organised, confident with all digital tools i.e. all Microsoft products, able to travel between services with excellent attention to detail. You will also be capable to undertake ad-hoc projects and being involved in wider organisational projects. By nature you will be calm, able to work to urgent deadlines and able to maintain confidentiality.
