Job Title: Service Delivery Technician
Location: Hybrid - Remote but with 2 days in the Coventry office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Service Delivery Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our digital team, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction and helping to support our systems and projects. This role also includes aspects of procurement, financial processing, service desk support. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and a passion for digital technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create digital content across various platforms, including business systems, SharePoint and other Microsoft apps
- Support in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to our systems
- Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to implement new digital initiatives and digital content across various platforms
- Assist with monitoring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
- Provide support and training to staff on the use of digital tools and platforms when needed
- Handle procurement tasks, including sourcing and purchasing digital tools and handling our Purchase Order processes
- Perform light project support duties, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Qualifications and specification:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital services or IT environment
- Understanding of Microsoft applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organisational efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with procurement and financial processing is an advantage
- Previous experience in the social/health care industry is preferable but not essential
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week.

Salary:
- Annual Salary up to £27,000, based on experience
